In 1978 VISONIK presented the Sub 1 - the first commercially used subwoofer.
Deep tones need to move a lot of air. To achieve this you would usually need a big surface. Consequently you must have a big woofer. But not so at VISONIK.

VISONIK Power Move Technology ensures 75% more power with no increase in size. Power Move enables our woofer to resonate nearly twice as much as common woofers. That means: Identical performance - but only halve as big as a standard woofer. That is new. Even for us.

Smaller also means lighter. And less resonating mass is easier to control. More control for a more exact sound.
